Luckily my Tracey Anderson DVDs came in time to do a little sweating before my weekend trip to Wrightsville, NC. lol, not that it will make that much of a dif between now and this weekend, but half of looking good in a swimsuit is posture and mental...right?! I'll keep telling myself that. Well, lets cheer me on...I heard her DVDs are hardcore! xo, B
